Gordon & Rees: San Diego Satellite Shop Grows With Boutique Buy
The San Diego office of San Francisco's Gordon & Rees got another boost with the Jan. 5 acquisition of a local corporate boutique. The move brought four partners into the firm's 50-lawyer San Diego office: John Sidell, Pete Olson, Rich Clampitt and Alan Talbott. Each attorney has a broad list of corporate specialties, from Sidell, whose practice includes maritime and real property law to Olson, who does mostly business transactions and employment work.
