Trial Begins Monday For Former Attorney
LOS ANGELES - Trial will start Monday for former attorney James H. Davis and his wife, Gilda Mejia Davis, who are accused of bilking clients out of more than $3.5 million in settlement funds.
Davis, 70, a once-prominent personal injury attorney, has resigned from the State Bar of California with charges pending.
