Apple seeks stay in Motorola cases

Attorneys for Apple Inc. are seeking to stay patent infringement lawsuits against Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc.

Attorneys for Apple Inc. are seeking to stay patent infringement lawsuits against Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. in Wisconsin and Florida federal courts, claiming Motorola no longer has standing to pursue the cases until its pending acquisition by Mountain View-based Google Inc. is completed.
