Solar project nabs $1.2 billion loan guarantee

The U.S. Department of Energy finalized a $1.2 billion loan guarantee for the development of the Mojave Solar Project on Tuesday with the help of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

The U.S. Department of Energy finalized a $1.2 billion loan guarantee for the development of the Mojave Solar Project on Tuesday with the help of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
