Skadden advised in $3.7 billion deal

PALO ALTO - Irvine-based Broadcom Corp. turned to Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates for its largest-ever acquisition: a $3.7 billion deal to acquire NetLogic Microsystems.
