Judge orders Oracle, Google chiefs to settlement talks

A San Jose magistrate judge has ordered the chief executive officers of Oracle Corp. and Google Inc. to attend a settlement conference later this month to try to resolve Oracle's patent and copyright infringement lawsuit.
