Prominent Orange County plaintiffs' attorney Mark P. Robinson, Jr. and Assistant U.S. Attorney Angela Joy Davis from Los Angeles have been appointed to the Judicial Council, the judiciary's policy-making body.
Both lawyers were selected as representatives of the State Bar Board of Governors. They replace lawyers Joel Miliband and James Penrod, and join two other attorney members of the council, law professor Miriam Krinsky...
