Judicial nominees inch closer to confirmation
Judicial nominees for the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern District of California moved another step closer to the bench Thursday after they cleared the Senate Judiciary Committee without opposition.

WASHINGTON - Judicial nominees for the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern District of California moved another step closer to the bench Thursday after they cleared the Senate Judiciary Committee without opposition.
