TCW lawyers told to finish with key witness

The judge in the multi-million-dollar corporate feud involving Trust Co. of the West has limited further cross-examination of the key witness in the trial, drawing protest from TCW lawyers.

LOS ANGELES - The state court judge overseeing the massive corporate feud between Trust Co. of the West and its former bond manager told lawyers Wednesday to wrap up cross-examination of the key witness in the trial, drawing protest from TCW.
