A California-based auto parts distributor agreed to plead guilty Tuesday to conspiring to fix the price of aftermarket auto lights.
Sabry Lee (USA) Inc., a U.S.-based distributor for a Taiwanese auto lights maker, was the first corporation charged as part of what federal prosecutors call a global price-fixing conspiracy.
