Goodwin Liu is exceptionally well-qualified to join the state Supreme Court, the State Bar said Monday.


The State Bar's Commission on Judicial Nominees Evaluation released its rating of the 40-year-old UC Berkeley School of Law professor in advance of his confirmation hearing Wednesday.
