S.F. firm takes on former SEC lawyer

BraunHagey & Borden LLP, a San Francisco-based firm that focuses on complex litigation, picked up former Securities and Exchange Commission senior trial attorney Mark P. Fickes, adding him as partner in its San Francisco office.

BraunHagey & Borden LLP, the San Francisco-based litigation boutique, picked up former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission senior trial attorney Mark P. Fickes, adding him as partner.


The five-person firm, which also has an office in Berkeley, serves clients in the private equity and hedge fund industries that face regulatory obstacles. Fickes will work out of the San Francisco office.
