Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP helped Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. extend a $5 billion lifeline to beleaguered Bank of America Corp. on Thursday. The team advising Berkshire Hathaway has a history of working out deals to help distressed companies.
