Judicial Council to consider fee proposal

The Judicial Council has agreed to consider a proposal at its meeting Friday that would allow cash-strapped courts to charge a new fee in connection with complex litigation.

The Judicial Council, policymaking body for the state's courts, has agreed to consider a proposal at its meeting Friday that would allow cash-strapped courts to charge a new fee in connection with complex litigation.
