Lawyer under fire sues AG

A lawyer shut down last week by state prosecutors for allegedly duping homeowners into paying thousands of dollars to join lawsuits promising mortgage relief, has filed a lawsuit accusing California Attorney General Kamala Harris of taking action against him merely to aid his opponent.
