In a Corporate Counsel Q&A on Aug. 17, the Daily Journal interviewed Don Drozd, General Counsel for Orange County's largest public employee labor union, the Orange County Employees' Association, or OCEA. In that profile, Drozd trumpets OCEA's role in "restructuring our retiree medical program," thereby saving the county "tens of millions of dollars."
