A Northern District judge gave former class members in a massive gender discrimination lawsuit against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. new deadlines Friday for filing claims against the retailer.
The new filings are necessary because the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in June that the case could not have class certification for a proposed 1.5 million female workers. Lower courts had certified the class.
