Dodgers Vendor Must Order Gear, Judge Rules
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Gross ruled in Delaware federal court that the Los Angeles Dodgers' merchandise vendor, Facility Merchandising Inc. (FMI), must order gear for next season, as stipulated in its business contract.
