AG reaches settlement with port terminals

The cargo terminals at Long Beach and Los Angeles ports reached a settlement agreement with Attorney General Kamala Harris over their high level of diesel emissions.

As part of a settlement with Attorney General Kamala D. Harris, the cargo terminals at the Long Beach and Los Angeles ports have agreed to speed up reduction of diesel emissions and to implement an ad campaign to warn neighbors about diesel exposures.
