TV Writers Lose Age-Bias Suit Against Studios

LOS ANGELES - A Los Angeles judge has ruled that 163 older TV writers cannot recover money in an unfair-competition lawsuit that claims that youth-obsessed Hollywood studios and talent agencies kept them from working after the age of 40.
