OAKLAND - When it comes to public service, Alameda County Superior Court Judge Gordon Baranco is the go-to guy in these parts. Fellow judges and members of the community call upon Baranco, who presides over a civil courtroom in the Alameda County Administration Building in Oakland, for everything from filling out juror pools to filling up hungry bellies.
