Viacom Settles Suit Over User Rebates
SAN FRANCISCO - Media conglomerate Viacom Inc. will pay $13 million to settle a three-year-old class action by 650,000 Northern California cable-television subscribers who said the company reneged on a promise to refund a rate increase.
