9th Circuit reverses felony firearm conviction

DVI Business Credit Inc. has won a $20 million judgment in a hotly contested breach-of-contract case between the Newport Beach-based lender and one of its clients, MedCap Credit Co. LLC of Oregon.

MedCap sued DVI in March 2000, alleging among other claims that the lender breached a 1998 agreement.
