Seven Lawyers Lose Jobs in City Attorney's Office in S.F.
SAN FRANCISCO - City Attorney Dennis Herrera has laid off seven lawyers, according to documents the office released Thursday. Herrera told the seven attorneys in mid-July to leave by the end of the day and not return. Senior staff learned of the layoffs at a July 16 meeting.
