Tehin Is Indicted On 13 New Counts

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal grand jury has indicted Nikolai Tehin, the suspended San Francisco attorney, on 13 new counts of bilking his poor and sick clients out of nearly $2 million and laundering client funds for his personal use.
