'No-poach' settlement gets more flack

Two more class members wrote to Judge Lucy H. Koh to comment on a $324 million settlement with four of Silicon Valley's largest companies last week.

A second Silicon Valley technology employee has written to Judge Lucy H. Koh to criticize a recent $324 million employment antitrust class action settlement involving four of the industry's largest companies.


Parvez Syed said name plaintiff Michael Devine was correct to find the payout to class members by Google Inc., Apple Inc., Adobe Systems Inc. and Intel Corp. inadequate.
