Court: Actor can seek custody of son born in vitro

LOS ANGELES - "The Lost Boys" actor Jason Patric may seek parentage of the 4-year-old boy he fathered through in vitro fertilization and claims to have raised with his former lover, according to an appeals court's unanimous opinion published Wednesday.


The 2nd District Court of Appeal reversed a ruling by Superior Court Judge Mark A. Juhas, who granted a motion for nonsuit.
