Lawyer fined for leaving out trial testimony in appeal

A Northridge attorney has been slapped with a $10,000 fine for filing a frivolous appeal and repeatedly giving a misleading account of the trial court record.

A Northridge attorney has been slapped with a $10,000 fine for filing a frivolous appeal and repeatedly giving a misleading account of the trial court record.


The 2nd District Court of Appeal ordered Raj D. Roy of Roy Legal Group to personally pay the sanctions and not charge his clients.
