Disbarment recommended for personal injury attorney

The State Bar Court review department has recommended disbarment for Henry E. Guzman, a Los Angeles-based lawyer.

The State Bar Court review department has recommended disbarment for Henry E. Guzman, a Los Angeles-based personal injury lawyer.
