Retired judges to hear attorney complaints in Northern District program

Lawyers with gripes about judges or other court affairs in the Northern District now have a place to air their grievances without rebuke.

Lawyers with gripes about judges or other court affairs in the Northern District now have a place to air their grievances without rebuke.


Chief U.S. District Judge Claudia Wilken recently announced an Ombudsperson Program - one of only a few in the country for federal courts - to allow practitioners to anonymously report problems to one of two retired judges in the area.
