Sidley Austin grabs life sciences transactions star from O'Melveny

It's the third time this year O'Melveny has lost a prominent partner in its corporate transactions group.

Sidley Austin LLP grabbed a well known life sciences and health care corporate transactions partner from O'Melveny & Meyers LLP's Menlo Park office Friday, a difficult feat given the enormous demand for corporate attorneys in Silicon Valley.
