Last year Goebel advised Hyatt Hotels Corp. in the sale of six different hotels around the county, wrapping up hundreds of millions of dollars worth of deals in a seven-month period. In each transaction, the property remained affiliated with Hyatt, which was important to the hotel chain's business plan, she said. Hyatt develops a hotel in strategic markets and later sells it to generate more capital to buy new properties.
