Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law name new president

The Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law announced Friday that educator Charles McClintock will be their new president.

The Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law announced Friday that educator Charles McClintock will be their new president.
