Apple, Samsung present closing arguments in patent trial

Apple Inc. is seeking nearly $2.2 billion in patent infringement damages. Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. claimed Tuesday it should not have to pay Apple "a nickel," according to the company's lead trial lawyer.

SAN JOSE - How much money, if any, changes hands between global smartphone rivals Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. is now up to eight jurors to decide.
