Tech giants settle 'no poach' case

Google Inc., Apple Inc., Adobe Systems Inc. and Intel Corp. settled the case for an undisclosed sum. The case alleged the leaders of the companies colluded to suppress workers' salaries by agreeing not to recruit each other's employees.

Four giants of the tech industry settled a massive antitrust lawsuit with more than 64,000 current and former employees Thursday, preventing a trial that could have slapped the companies with a $9 billion bill.
