UC Berkeley School of Law's acting dean Gillian Lester has been appointed the next dean of Columbia Law School, Columbia announced Wednesday.

UC Berkeley School of Law's acting dean Gillian Lester has been appointed the next dean of Columbia Law School, Columbia announced Wednesday. She will take over Jan. 1, 2015.
