Stradling Yocca, Manatt advising on First Foundation's IPO

Irvine-based financial services firm First Foundation Inc. tapped Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth PC to help guide its planned $58 million initial public offering. Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP is advising the offering's underwriters.

Irvine-based financial services firm First Foundation Inc. tapped Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth PC to help guide its planned $58 million initial public offering.


First Foundation registered the offering in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission late Friday. Share volume and pricing details are still being determined.
