After 10 months without a chief legal and regulatory officer, Mountain View-based personalized health company 23andMe Inc. hired Kathy L. Hibbs from Genomic Health Inc..


Hibbs joins the company five months after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ordered it to stop marketing one of its bestselling products because of what it called a lack of regulatory review and response from the company.
