Judge Was Tied to Conservatorship Scandal
RIVERSIDE - William H. Sullivan, a former Riverside probate judge who was admonished by the state judicial watchdog agency in 2002 for improperly profiting from cases he handled, has died. He was 78.

RIVERSIDE - William H. Sullivan, a former Riverside probate judge who was admonished by the state judicial watchdog agency in 2002 for improperly profiting from cases he handled, has died. He was 78.
Friends said Sullivan died unexpectedly at a party Saturday. The cause of his death was unclear Wednesday.
