WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court sided with condemned inmates in two death penalty rulings Monday, allowing a challenge to Florida's lethal injection procedure and ordering a new hearing for a Tennessee prisoner who says that new evidence, including DNA evidence, proves that he's innocent.
