Jury Awards $12 Million to Lawyer Injured in Train Crash

LOS ANGELES - A Pasadena jury awarded $12 million Friday to an attorney for injuries sustained in a Metrolink crash involving a Universal Studios truck. Jennifer Kilpatrick, 51, was the most seriously injured of 24 Metrolink passengers hurt in the January 2003 crash in Burbank.
