Uber Technologies Inc. may snuff out their drivers' strongest tool left in employment misclassification lawsuits, according to a letter filed Monday with U.S. District Judge Edward M. Chen.
There are several moving parts, but Uber could get all California employment claims against the company adjudicated on an individual basis before an arbitrator, instead of a judge.
