Judge denies attorney fees in trade secrets case

U.S. District Judge James V. Selna rejected a motion by Latham's Daniel S. Schecter that argued the jury's dismissal of the trade secrets claims against Emirates Bank after a two-week trial last summer showed the lawsuit by Irvine-based InfoSpan was without merit and frivolous.
