A bid by San Francisco Public Defender Jeff Adachi to remove Superior Court Judge Anne-Christine Massullo from a criminal case has been soundly rejected.
The ruling, issued last week by Alameda County Superior Court Judge Tara Desautels, found no bias in Massullo's handling of a criminal case in which Adachi is personally representing the defendant.
