Casa Linda apartments sold for $4.3 million
According to the Zenith Group, 11 of the units have already been renovated with the remaining 10 units scheduled for upgrades. There were no deferred maintenance issues reported and no credits provided to the new owners.




The buyer was Zenith Group Partners LLC, a unit of Gordon Reese LLC of Corona Del Mar, according to the CoStar Group.
The seller was a unit of the Barzal & Scotti Real Estate Corp. of San Diego.
