'Star Trek'-themed Dr. Seuss book subjected to lawsuit
Dr. Seuss Enterprises claims a fan-created novel with a 'Star Trek' theme is infringement, not parody.

Fan-creators of a "Star Trek" spinoff are facing another lawsuit — this time on behalf of Dr. Seuss.
The Connecticut-based comic company ComicMix LLC created a Kickstarter.com campaign earlier this year to fund a "Star Trek"-themed reproduction of the Dr. Seuss novel, "Oh, The Places You'll Go."
