Attorney General expected to appeal second ruling barring donor list disclosure
The attorney general has been blocked a second time from obtaining a conservative charity's unredacted donor list, in a decision published just days before briefing is due Friday to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on a near-identical ruling also in favor of donor privacy.
