Hyperloop One to settle suit with former executives

The lawsuit accused Hyperloop One of mismanagement and nepotism.

Hyperloop One confirmed Friday it settled a lawsuit filed by an ousted group of executives who accused the company's leaders of mismanagement.

The lawsuit was filed in July by Brogan BamBrogan and David Pendergast, respectively the company's former cofounder and assistant general counsel, and former vice presidents Knut Sauer and William Mulholland.
