State auditor chides three county courts for failing to follow guidelines
Superior courts in San Joaquin, San Mateo and Tehama counties "did not consistently follow the guidelines in the Judicial Branch Contracting Manual," according to a report released Wednesday by the state auditor.

Superior courts in San Joaquin, San Mateo and Tehama counties "did not consistently follow the guidelines in the Judicial Branch Contracting Manual," according to a report released Wednesday by the state auditor.
The report praised the two other counties it examined, Riverside and San Diego, for "consistently adhering" to requirements.
