'Online pimping' case tentatively dismissed

A judge issued a tentative ruling Wednesday dismissing a criminal complaint against the three defendants in the Backpage.com "online pimping" case.

SACRAMENTO — The criminal complaint against the three defendants in the Backpage.com "online pimping" case was tentatively dismissed Wednesday following a unique argument.
